Every company, business, or organisation needs a different recipe for growth. Therefore, we offer a unique and customised growth collaboration where we first analyse what is truly needed. Unconscious factors that limit company growth are made visible, and from here, all ingredients for growth will become clear. A growth plan is created, and we will journey together for implementation, guidance, and support.
Our growth collaborations follow a five step plan:
1. Initial Discovery. We meet and discuss the current state of your company. What was your reason for reaching out? What are the current business challenges and obstacles? What would you like to have help with? We will already make some suggestions on what we could help you with.
2. Proposal. We will take some time to process the information discussed, further intuitively research your company and share a proposal per email. Inside this proposal, you can find details such as the discussed incentives for working together, the suggested duration, the collaboration elements (such as specific sessions, workshops, and more), and the investment (this varies per collaboration).
3. Preparation. We start working together once and if you accepted the proposal. We agree on the start date, plan and schedule our sessions and make sure we are ready to go. Any additional information may be requested as needed, so we can best prepare for our work together.
4. Collaboration. Our actual collaboration has began! Everything that was part of the proposal is now executed.
5. Completion & Evaluation. Our collaboration is completed. We have one last meeting to evaluate the past period of working together and to discuss the most important focus points for the coming period post-collaboration.
Sessions and workshops can be held both online and in person (international). This will all be discussed inside the proposal.
Our pricing approach accommodates for different types of initiatives, companies and organisations at different stages. That is why we work with pricing tiers and sliding scales. This way, those with a larger financial capacity are able to indirectly support the growth of, for example, early day start-ups, or non-profit foundations.
For the growth collaborations, we work with customized sliding scales. This means that inside your unique proposal, you will find a customised sliding scale. You may choose your investment within this range.
