THE COLLABORATION
There were two clear intentions for this collaboration: to reestablish the leadership-company connection between founder Marin en de Wilde, as she had lost motivation, and to help grow the company toward its higher potential.
At the start of the collaboration, it became clear that the company’s current “jacket” had become too small. As a result, the company was experiencing stagnation. To address this, we first examined all the ways the company wanted to be restructured to lay the proper foundation for its next phase of growth.
Soon, it became clear that Marin’s life partner, who was not yet involved with the Wilde School at the time, was meant to become her co-founder. The activities that the company wanted to include were his passion and specialty. It was a logical and destined evolution for both him and the company. With that, we revisited their services and expanded them. De Wilde School was restructured into three different departments, each with its specific services. Meanwhile, Marin and her team began working on rebranding and creating a new website to suit their expanded vision and fresh energy.
In the following weeks, we worked with both founders for different leadership and personal growth purposes. We also delved deeper into their unique talents and abilities, including creating clarity on their soul’s purpose, so that each of them could find their own systematically sustainable and most joyful place within the company.
Simultaneously, the organic restructuring of the company necessitated a review and redesign of certain internal operational processes to achieve more effective and sustainable, future-proof operations. Among other things, this led to the hire of a new team member. Around the same time, the founding couple also started the process of moving to their own piece of land, where they could further realize their real-life community plans. As we saw during our collaboration, the company’s vision was to shift more toward real-life activities, whereas it was now mainly focused on online services.
Lastly, we examined the company’s current growth strategy. We made a plan for implementing social media changes, both strategically and visually. It also became clear that running fb ads, which was currently part of their marketing strategy, did not align with the company’s blueprint. We stopped paid advertising and focused on transitioning to fully organic growth via social media and website SEO optimization.
After two months, our collaboration came to an end. We addressed all the critical aspects, and in the post-collaboration period, implementation would continue to take place, affecting the company’s long-term success.
