InCompany workshops

This workshop combines psychology, neuroscience and spiritual science into one integrative and practical workshop experience where education meets implementation. Through enhanced emotional intelligence, each employee gains the awareness and ability to navigating their inner world in a more advanced way.

Emotions show us where we are held back by limitations, and through a constructive response to arising and triggered emotions, an individual can actually leverage this event to free more of their potential. If this wisdom is applied and integrated on a group level, this has tremendous effect on the growth of the company. This is exactly what this workshop is designed for.  

Through an interactive 3.5-hour workshop (online or in-person), participants are taken on a journey into their inner landscape. First we start with discussing the workings of and the science behind emotions in relation to expressing one’s individual potential and dharma (purpose). We will then continue to discuss the phenomena of shadow work for dissolving limitations, the difference between feelings and emotions, the difference between observing and merging with emotions, and the different ways in which we can use emotions to perform inner alchemy. 

After the theoretical understanding and introduction, we enter the implementation segment of this workshop. We will go through a series of different exercises where participants are invited to practice what has been discussed theoretically. For example, they will learn to observe their emotions vs. merging with them, they will learn how to perform inner alchemy, and they will learn how to use what life is communicating with them to become aware of which aspects of their inner world needs their care and attention. 

This workshop provides a fundamental basis for (applied) emotional intelligence and is suitable for any employee within one’s organisation. At the end of this workshop, participants will receive take-home support (assignments and daily practices) to assist with the integration of the workshop material in the period after the workshop. 

The results of this workshop are phenomenal, both on an individual and group/company level. Depending on the level of (post workshop) commitment, engagement and devotion to the workshop material, individuals will experience improved mental health, more open, constructive and truthful communication with others, a deepened understanding of self, liberation from unconscious and unconstructive patterns and liberation of their locked potential. For the individual, this workshop is foundation for life. The workshop material, if implemented, will continue to be the gift that keeps on giving in all areas of life.

On a group/company level, this workshop will catalyze the growth and impact of the company and its mission. Imagine the human physical body with all its organs and their different functionalities. Now imagine what the human body would be capable of if each organ would unlock more of their potential and therefore enhance their overall intelligence, performance and capabilities. That would be an accurate analogy for the impact of this workshop. 

This workshop is facilitated by Jennifer Willemsen, who serves as an intuitive business consultant and transformation guide. She has many years of experience in working with individual entrepreneurs and company leaders and supports them at individual, team and company level with business growth, personal (leadership) development and spiritual growth. She is a former psychologist and startup founder before starting her career as an intuitive consultant and later founding THE FUTURISTS.
