How to Increase Company Power by Raising Organisational Consciousness

Introduction

In our previous post, we discussed the scientific fundamentals of nonlinear business growth. We discussed that in new paradigms of reality, reality is not created from linear and sequential causality but as an expression of what it is, where all outer phenomena have an identifiable attractor pattern or energy field within (the individual, team, or company).

When a company or team understands that what emerges in their outer, manifested world is an expression of what they are, more emphasis and importance will be put on their inner state of being, which opens up new doorways to increase company power and therefore, increase mission impact.

Today, we delve deeper into the practical implementation of nonlinear business growth, where we learn how to increase a company’s power by raising organizational consciousness.

The Map of Consciousness by David Hawkins

David Hawkins was a psychiatrist, scientist, and researcher of consciousness who was the first person to create a scale of consciousness from the bottom of the human experience to the top.

As he explains in his Map of Consciousness, depicted below, each level of consciousness has its own inner experience, predominant emotional state, and worldview. And each level of consciousness serves as a platform from which outer-world experiences are manifested, via attractor patterns or energy fields (as mentioned in our previous post).

Each being, or entity, calibrates at a certain level of consciousness, which can be measured. Teams and companies can also be viewed as stand-alone entities, and therefore, their consciousness level can also be measured (this measurement can be conducted through muscle testing, but we will not delve into the details of that here).

When a being or entity raises their consciousness (again, speaking of an individual, team, and/or company), their experience in the outer world will change and reflect this. In the absence of lower attractor fields, such as anger, fear, and pride, higher attractor fields, like courage, acceptance, and love, will allow the being or entity to vibrate at a higher frequency and level of consciousness, creating a different experience in their outer reality.

Increasing Company Power by Transcending Lower Energy Fields

The universal field responds to an individual’s, team’s, or company’s energy field, where higher energy fields like love, joy, courage, and neutrality are naturally more attractive than lower energy fields like apathy, shame, and anger, which are more repelling. Therefore, higher energy fields are often linked with increased synchronicities, flow, and effortless manifestation.

Additionallyhigher energy fields are good conductors for creation, with little resistance to universal flow. Lower energy fields, on the other hand, are bad conductors, with high resistance.

Consider, for example, a team meeting where there is a willingness, warmth, and connection. Inspiration flows effortlessly, new ideas are born, and things seem to happen naturally. However, a meeting filled with resentment, doubt, and fear is difficult to navigate, yielding little to no outcome or lasting impact.

In reality, there is often both: a company or team’s energy field contains both higher and lower energy fields. By identifying and illuminating the areas where a team or company holds onto (unconscious) shame, fear, pride, and so on, lower energy fields can be transmuted into love, which raises the company’s or team’s overall level of consciousness.

Past company or team experiences may have left trace, industry and/or societal conditioning have made their mark, and/or perhaps on a soul-level, co-workers have decided to evolve through certain energy fields together via the company vehicle – either way, the more a team or company can transform lower energy fields into higher ones, the less resistance to universal flow, the more effortless their operations, and the more power the company gains.

Increasing Company Power by Transcending Lower Energy Fields

It is the elephant in the boardroom, the resentment that is secretly active in team dynamics, the personal hurts we carry in our bodies and energy field that we take everywhere, and… we are oftentimes unaware of them, even though we face the effects of their presence on a day-to-day (business) basis.

The first step to transcending lower energy fields is surrendering all resistance to what is present or happening. When we no longer ignore, suppress, or avoid that which is and that which arises, we can learn from the information that is contained in each experience.

In silence, we can let the experience, serving as a catalyst, speak to us, revealing aspects of ourselves, our team, or company that require attention and awareness. This is how the presences of lower energy fields are shown.

Second, now that what wants to be seen has come into conscious awareness, the presence of love as a higher energy field, which can be intentionally chosen, can transmute that which wants to be dissolved.

A new individual, team, and/or company experience in the outer world lies on the other side of this transcendental work, where that which was restricting company growth and expansion is overcome, and shifts in state of being are made.

Following the sequence of being-doing-having in the new business paradigm versus the doing-having-being sequence in the old business paradigm, the quality of action will now change, requiring less action for even higher outcomes.

In Summary

A company or team can increase its power by raising its organizational consciousness via the transcendence of lower energy fields. Through silence and introspection, lower energy fields can be revealed and transcended in the presence of love.
